Rito provides industrial packaging machinery including but not limited to:

• Aseptic filling systems
• OEM component supply
• Turnkey project execution and installation services

All products are subject to availability and our standard manufacturing and delivery schedules.

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified and are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale.

Orders are subject to acceptance by Rito and may require technical specifications, site surveys, and custom engineering.

Pricing, delivery times, and specifications are subject to confirmation at the time of order placement.

Custom machinery orders may require advance payments and longer lead times.

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts and quotations. Standard terms typically include:

• Advance payment upon order confirmation
• Progress payments during manufacturing
• Final payment before shipment or upon installation completion

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in individual agreements.

Rito provides warranties on our equipment as specified in individual sales contracts, typically covering:

• Manufacturing defects and material quality
• Performance specifications as agreed
• Standard warranty periods ranging from 12 to 24 months

Warranties are subject to proper installation, operation, and maintenance according to our specifications.

Consumable parts, wear items, and damage due to misuse are excluded from warranty coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rito's liability is limited to the contract value of the specific equipment or service in question.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of profits, production delays, or business interruption.

Our liability is subject to the terms and limitations specified in individual contracts and applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in our products, designs, documentation, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Rito.

Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary designs or documentation without written consent.

Any improvements or modifications made to our equipment may become part of our intellectual property portfolio.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, technical specifications, and business terms disclosed during our relationship.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of any agreement and continues indefinitely unless information becomes publicly available.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
• Supply chain disruptions or material shortages
• Labor disputes or transportation delays
• Technical failures or cyber security incidents

These Terms and any disputes arising from our relationship shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as specified in individual contracts.

The courts of Guangzhou, China shall have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
