Designed for self-standing pouch products, this desktop rotary filling and capping machine integrates pouch hanging, servo filling, cap placement, servo capping, and automatic pouch discharge in one compact unit.

The RT02 desktop rotary filling and capping machine is suitable for stand-up pouches with spout, especially for food, beverage, daily chemical, and personal care products. It is a compact solution for factories that need stable filling accuracy, flexible production changeover, and easier operation without occupying a large production area.
The machine uses a servo magnetic gear pump for quantitative filling. For the same pouch mouth type, parameters can be saved through the digital control system. Operators only need to adjust the filling volume when changing product capacity, helping reduce repeated setup work.
